Slow day

A bit of a weather change yesterday.  Heavy rain for an hour or so around 10 am, but otherwsie sunny,  By late afternoon the winds came up, blowing in from the northeat, straight onto our shoreline.  Quite a change from the still air out on our deck.  The winds continued through the night, and today our windows are covered with salt mist.  It won't be the greatest introduction to Roatan for the Osmonds.
I was down for the day with a stomach bug.  The girls had a good day though, they did their morning walk up to West Bay and then got in some suntanning.  I was feeling a little better in the afternoon so we slid next door for happy hour and met the owners of CocoLobo, who I had been chatting with on Trip Advisor for the last few months.  Genny was there again and was still laughing at the girls for the entertainment they provided at supper the night before.  They tested the Monkey Lalas and decided the the CocoLobo version is a pretty good one.  The girls headed into town for dinner while I detoured back to the house and went to bed.  They went to the Rotiserre Chicken place where they each had a beer, a quarter chicken and deserts for $22.  Best deal so far for supper.  I had a good nights sleep and feel much better this morning.
